This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be shipped, what you can expect during delivery, and how we handle delays or issues.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are packed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During product launches, holidays, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.
1.2 Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
We offer the following options:
2.1 Domestic Shipping (within Denmark)

Standard Shipping: 5-8 days

Express Shipping: 2-3 days
2.2 International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Transit times vary by location and customs clearance.

Express International: 2-3 days
Please note: additional duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. US customers will be charged duties and import taxes.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
External factors such as customs, local postal delays, extreme weather, or holidays may extend delivery times.
VEMOT is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
4. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking whenever available.
A tracking link will be sent via email when your order ships.
Some regions or small parcels may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
5.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
VEMOT is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.2 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to failed delivery attempts or uncollected parcels), reshipping fees will apply.
5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility.
VEMOT cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
6. Damaged Shipments
We package every order carefully, but if your items arrive damaged:
